Eligibility
This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, board members, and immediate family members (defined as spouses, parents, siblings, and children) of Kara Hudgens Photography Co. are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries. The winner will be notified via the email address used to enter the contest. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize
One winner will receive a 90-minute personal brand or business brand photo shoot on a mutually agreed upon date/time. The session is non-transferable and has no cash value. Kara Hudgens Photography Co. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if needed.
