1. discovery call

We’ll talk through your goals, timeline, and vision for how you want your business to show up in the marketing channels you use.

I'll build a quote or estimate for the photo shoot we discussed, with a few options for flexibility. After any changes to the quote are made, your approval & deposit will get the planning started!

2. Session planning

Together, we’ll dive into your brand’s story and the visual message you want to convey. I’ll guide you through options for locations, outfits, and props, using inspiration boards and a shared creative vision to make your photo shoot uniquely yours. Collaboration is key!

3. PHOTO DAY

On the day of the shoot, we'll bring your vision to life! I’ll guide you through every detail, from posing and expression to arranging products and props. By reviewing images in real time, we’ll ensure the images hit the mark to reflect your brand story and personality.

4. Delivery

Usually within two weeks, your edited image library will be delivered. You’ll have full rights to use them across all platforms, ensuring that your brand remains visible and consistent. I’ll check in to ensure you’re happy with the results and offer support for how to best use your new visuals.
